Natural Rays provide courses throughout the year, mainly on weekends, with weekday options available, all designed to enhance your knowledge and gain confidence through practical sessions.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique designed to promote relaxation and reduce stress through the gentle placement of a practitioner's hands on or near the client's body. This process channels 'Chi,' or lifeforce energy, helping to create a sense of tranquility. During a session a client can relax in a comfortable chair or on a therapy couch, fully clothed except for their shoes. It's important to note that Reiki complements medical treatments but does not replace any ongoing medical care.
