Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require a 48hrs notice for treatments and 1 week for courses. Deposits to be paid at the time of booking courses or treatments, these are non-refundable. Appointments / courses cancelled by Natural Rays, will be re-scheduled. If this is not possible the deposit will be refunded in full.
